Southern Terminus: Norwich Road (CT 82) and Town Street (CT 82) in East Haddam
Northern Terminus: West High Street (CT 66) in East Hampton

CT 151 is a north/south route in the Connecticut River Valley. It begins at the point in East Haddam where CT 82 turns off of Town Street and onto Norwich Road. It runs north along Town Street to Moodus, where Town Street ends. CT 151 is then multiplexed with CT 149 for a short distance. It then splits off and runs north to CT 66 in East Hampton, where it ends. The entire length of CT 151 is a two-lane rural road.
