I-95 is a main interstate that runs along the east coast from Florida to Maine.
It enters Maryland from Virginia multiplexed with the Capital Beltway (I-495), a
circular highway around Washington, DC. North of Washington, I-95 splits off
from I-495 and runs northeast to Baltimore. North of Baltimore, it is called the
John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway, in honor of the former president. It continues
northeast to the border with Delaware, where it becomes the Delaware Turnpike.
