| Post Road continues north. CR 4 ends at a rather confusing intersection. The road straight ahead, an unnumbered county road, is called Wheatley Road. The road to the left, a town road that runs back south to the service roads of the Long Island Expressway (I-495), is also called Wheatley Road. As if this wasn't sufficiently confusing, a small green sign says that the road straight ahead is called Wheatley Post Road, which is not correct. Photos taken August 2005. |
