Exit 4 is for the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278). All trucks coming off the Triboro Bridge must exit here. Exit 5 is for the Marine Air Terminal and Astoria Boulevard.

Exit 6 is for 94 Street. Exit 7 is for La Guardia Airport. Exit 8 is for 111 Street.

Exit 9E is for the Whitestone Expressway (I-678) north, the Van Wyck Expressway (I-678) south, and Northern Boulevard (NY 25A) east.

The Grand Central Parkway ends ahead at the Queens-Nassau border and becomes the Northern Parkway. A sign gives the first exit on the Northern Parkway, exit 25, which is for Lakeville Road (Nassau CR 11).
