Northern Parkway

The first two exits are exit 44 and exit 45, which are for the Sunken Meadow Parkway north and the Sagtikos Parkway south, respectively.

Exit 38 is for Sunnyside Boulevard. Exit 37A is a crossover to the Long Island Expressway (I-495). To access the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (NY 135), use exit 37A because there are no exits for it when travelling west on the Northern Parkway.
