Sagtikos Parkway Direction: North/South Northern Terminus: Northern Parkway and Sunken Meadow Parkway in Commack Southern Terminus: Southern Parkway in Bay Shore The Sagtikos Parkway crosses Long Island in Suffolk. It begins at the Northern Parkway where the Sunken Meadow Parkway ends and runs to the south. It ends at the Southern Parkway. It is the easternmost north/south parkway on Long Island.
