Southern Terminus: Montauk Highway (NY 27A) in Amityville
Northern Terminus: Cove Road in Huntington

NY 110 is a major north/south route for western Suffolk. It begins at Montauk Highway (NY 27A) and ends in Huntington north of Main Street (NY 25A). It provides access to the State University of New York at Farmingdale and the Walt Whitman Mall. A lot of furniture stores are found along the portion between the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and the Southern Parkway.
