Main Street, Silas Deane Highway Northbound Views Main Street runs north through Rocky Hill as a two-lane undivided road. Photo taken November 2009. The roads widens to four lanes. There is an intersection with Elm Street (CT 160) and Glastonbury Avenue (CT 160) at a traffic light. At this point, CT 99 changes names to become Silas Deane Highway. Photos taken November 2009.
