CR 11 Lakeville Road, Middle Neck Road

Southbound Views

Middle Neck Road runs south as a two-lane undivided road. Turn left at the traffic light for Grace Avenue.

Middle Neck Road widens to four lanes and passes over the railroad tracks. There is a pair of traffic lights, one before the tracks and one after them. Cutter Mill Road begins on the right at the first light, and Great Neck Road begins on the right at the second light.

Middle Neck Road ends here at Northern Boulevard (NY 25A). CR 11 continues straight ahead as Lakeville Road.

South of the expressway, Lakeville Road is a four-lane undivided road.

There is an interchange with the Northern Parkway. Immediately after crossing the parkway, Lakeville Road intersects Marcus Avenue at a traffic light. Turn left onto Marcus Avenue for an entrance to the parkway eastbound.

Lakeville Road runs south to New Hyde Park. There are a lot of doctor's offices along this stretch.

Lakeville Road intersects Union Turnpike at a traffic light. At this intersection, Lakeville Road touches the Queens-Nassau border. To the left, Union Turnpike runs west into Queens as a New York City road. To the right, Union Turnpike runs east as a state route with the unposted designation of NY 25C. At this intersection of three route systems (New York State, New York City, and Nassau County), the traffic light is provided by the New York City Department of Transportation.
