Secaucus Bypass Direction: East/West Western Terminus: US 46 in Clifton Eastern Terminus: US 1/US 9 in North Bergen NJ 3 is an east/west expressway in northern New Jersey that is also known as the Secaucus Bypass. It begins at US 46 in Clifton and runs southeast to US 1/US 9 in North Bergen. Just before its eastern terminus, there is an interchange with NJ 495, providing access to the Lincoln Tunnel.
