Flatbush Avenue Miscellaneous Views This archway, similar to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, is found at the center of the Grand Army Plaza traffic circle where Flatbush Avenue meets Eastern Parkway. It was built to commemorate the veterans of the Civil War. Photo taken October 2010.
