Francis Lewis Boulevard Southbound Views Francis Lewis Boulevard begins at the Cross Island Parkway near the Whitestone Bridge (I-678). It runs south through Queens as a four-lane divided road. There is an oversized street name sign at Willets Point Boulevard. Photos taken May 2008.
