2 Avenue Direction: South ONLY Northern Terminus: Harlem River Drive and East 128 Street in Manhattan Southern Terminus: Houston Street and Chrystie Street in Manhattan 2 Avenue is the easternmost southbound avenue in Manhattan. It extends from the Harlem River Drive and East 128 Street in Harlem to Houston, where it becomes Chrystie Street. It is currently one of only two avenues in Manhattan with oversized street name signs. It also has Select Bus Service that runs in a dedicated bus lane. Photo Gallery: Southbound Views Map
