Henry Hudson Parkway Miscellaneous Views The ramp for exit 14 from the northbound Henry Hudson Parkway splits. Use the center lanes for the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95/US 1/US 9) north and West 178 Street. Use the outer lanes for the George Washington Bridge (I-95/US 1/US 9) south. Use the left lanes for the upper level of the bridge or the right lanes for the lower level. Photos taken September 2010. The ramp for exit 11 from the southbound Henry Hudson Parkway splits.
