Sprain Parkway Northbound Views The Sprain Parkway begins at the Bronx Parkway and runs north. There is an exit for Central Park Avenue (NY 100). Photos taken March 2007. There is a pair of exits for Tuckahoe Road (CR 59). Photos taken March 2007. The northbound and southbound lanes split and run on opposite sides of the Grassy Sprain Reservoir.
