Direction: East/West Western Terminus: I-95 in Providence Eastern Terminus: Rhode Island-Massachusetts border I-195 is an east/west route from Providence to Cape Cod. The section in Rhode Island is very short. It begins at I-95 in Providence and runs through Providence and East Providence to the Rhode Island-Massachusetts border, where it crosses into Massachusetts.
