Central Westchester Parkway Direction: North/South Southern Terminus: Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) in White Plains Northern Terminus: North Broadway (NY 22) in White Plains The Central Westchester Parkway is a short highway connecting the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) to North Broadway (NY 22). It is a four-lane limited-access divided highway. There are no signs that make reference to this road by name. All signs refer to the more major highways to which it connects.
