The ramp for exit 10 when travelling west splits. Bear right for the Mon-Fayette Expressway (WV 43) north. Bear left for access to the local streets.

The ramp for exit 15 when travelling west ends at a stop sign at Coopers Rock Road (CR 73/12). Turn right to go north toward Old Route 73 or left to go south toward Coopers Rock State Forest.
